There is also a selection of paper types to choose from, for example Lustre or Matte.  You even have a choice of cover type. You can have a Hard Cover with Image Wrap Around. a Hard Cover Dust Jacket or SOft Cover.
Once you have made your selection of content and layout,  Lightroom will give you an estimate of the cost. You can also add text if the image calls for it.
There are many options available so play around and see which best suits your images and style of photography.

Blurb deliver to 70 countries worldwide.  Prices vary depending on size, layout etc. They offer a discount on large orders.  Turnaround 7-11days.
The cost of a Small Standard Square Book,  20 pages, printed on Premium Paper with a Hardcover Dust Jacket is approx. $35.00.  The Same spec but in a Large Square would cost $76.00

From my research and as the name suggests, Momento-Pro offer a more sophisticated and professional service.  I could not get prices as you need to sign up to get these However looking at examples, I really like their finished product.
