Tilt & Shift Effect in Photoshop

The effect of a Tilt & Shift Lens

can be achieved quiet easily using

Photoshop by following these simple steps.










First Load your image into photoshop

Duplicate background layer

Select the Filters tab

Choose blur and then Tilt-shift.

I have selected one of my images to demonstrate the results that can be achieved.

Note:  as you can see in the images below you can select the amount of blur you want, this is done by moving the circular focus tool until the required look is achieved.
